Responses made by the Board to consultations

The Board often responds to external consultations undertaken by, for example, the Scottish Executive. We also make submissions from time to time, such as the Scottish Parliament Justice Committees on issues about legal aid. Please contact us if you wish to request a copy of a submission we have made to a particular consultation.
